Here's the deal. Jasper is unique in that he doesn't feed from humans, he feeds from other vampires. That doesn't mean humans/animals/other supernaturals are safe. I will be keeping track of and rolling hunger checks for him when using abilities that call for it and that means that there's a possibility he can enter a hunger frenzy. When frenzied, he will feed on whatever is nearby, preferences be damned. This also means that he has the potential to kill whatever he's feeding from.

This post is your chance to opt-out or opt-in. If you're okay with leaving something like that up to chance, let me know. If not, I will make a note of it and interact normally with no risk of frenzy regardless of his hunger state.
